Your documents

ScoreUs PDF opens, edits and saves PDF files inside your web browser, on your own device. Your PDFs, their contents and their file names are not uploaded to ScoreUs or to any other service.

When you close the tab, the documents you opened are removed from the browser's memory.

What is stored in your browser

The site keeps a few settings in your browser's local storage: the language you chose, your most recent signature (so you can use it again), and whether you have seen certain tips. These stay on your device. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

If you use text recognition (OCR), the language data it needs is also saved in your browser, so it does not have to be downloaded again.

Information our hosting provider receives

Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages receive standard technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, the page address, the time and your browser type. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure. It never includes your PDF files.

Visitor statistics

This site does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies.

Links to other ScoreUs products

The site links to other ScoreUs products. Those sites have their own privacy policies. Links include campaign tags so ScoreUs can see that a visit came from ScoreUs PDF; they contain no information about you or your documents.
